HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone, here's hoping
you all had a great Christmas and now looking forward to a great 2006.
Everyone needs to check out the fanclub forum, it's back. I've noticed
we've lost contact with a lot of people, let's hope everyone checks in
again this year. Well the good news is; Brandon is moving to Nashville
to pursue his singing and songwriting career full time. He should be
there by March, just in time for the 3rd season of Nashville Star. He
has a friend who made it to the finals and will be on the show and I'm
sure you will see Brandon in the audience a few times. I want to
congratulate Prentiss Varnon, who was on the first season with Brandon,
he's being signed to a publishing deal in Nashville, that also means
good news for Brandon, he co-wrote some of the songs they're interested
in pitching to the labels. So let's all keep our fingers crossed and
pray a lot that someone big picks up one of their songs and it makes it
to #1. Unfortunately, Brandon won't be doing any local gigs this year
since he'll be in Nashville. He may make it back for a few opening acts
or concerts, depending on what he's doing in Nashville at the time.
Brandon hopes to record a new CD this year, so keep in touch, check back
often, we may have some new music for you.
Thanks to all for your continued support,
Management

The vote is over for Young
Guns and Brandon didn't win, Kane from L.A. won, (check him out, he's good
and he's not bad on the eyes!) There was only 1 slot open not 3 as I
thought. Thanks to all of you who took the time to vote everyday, we
appreciate the support. Brandon will be in the Young Guns contest for the
Wisconsin Country Thunder in July, so check back often to see when you
need to start voting, it's usually in June. Also I want to apologize for
the hacker who keeps messing with the fan club forum. We hope to have

Happy New Year everyone!, hope your holidays were stress free, with happy
memories to carry you through this year. Did we make any resolutions? This
is the year - we hope to book at least 100 shows this year. Brandon will
be recording a new CD for release, he has some great new songs that he's
written with Prentiss( you know the cute George Straight looking guy from
Uvalde, Texas, who was also on the NS show) and some new ones with Curtis.
Curtis is off to Laguna Hills next month, he's leaving our little country
town and heading for the big city, new job. This could mean more gigs in
southern Cali, yaaaaaaaay! The second release from the CD, Heaven Needs
Angels, is climbing the NMW country chart. Please check the radio station
list and call your local station and request this song. If your station
doesn't have his CD, ask if they want it and get the info, who, what and
where to send one, let us know and I'll mail them a copy. We'll be making
some new changes to the website, so check back on a regular basis, new
merchandise, a new fan club site, that can only be accessed after you
join AND new pictures. We'll have free downloads and some clips from some of
the new songs, too! Take Care, hope to see and hear from all of you this
year!

Brandon will release his new single from his
current CD "That Boy ain't right" on November 1, going out to radio
stations across the US. The song, titled "Heaven Needs Angels" was
written by Brandon after friends of the family lost their daughter in a
boating accident a couple of years ago. Anne Louise Blythe, another
finalist from NS, joins Brandon in a duet that will bring tears to your
eyes. This song won 3rd place in this years Billboard World song
contest. Fans get ready to call your local station and request track #3,
Heaven Needs Angels!

I want to apologize to all the fans who attended the Woodward park concert
last night. There was a last minute change from KISS radio,, they felt the
show might be too long and might conflict with the concert at the Fresno
Fair on Friday, so they decided not to have Brandon and Curtis sing before
Josh and Buddy last night. He was able to do one song with Buddy. Thanks
to Buddy, he's a great person, he invited him to do a song with him at the
end of the concert and Brandon was able to spend some time with him and
catch up on the latest news from Nashville. Thanks to all the fans who
continue to support Brandon , we appreciate all of you.

BRANDON SILVERA/Life Don’t Get Much Better Than This
Writer: Curtis Marsh/Brandon Silvera; Producer: Brandon Silvera/Curtis
Marsh; Publisher: Brandon Silvera/Trashbag Convertable, BMI; BSM (track)
—America fell in love with this spikey-haired hillbilly rocker on
last year’s Nashville Star competition. With virtually no performance
experience, Brandon demonstrated astonishing stage finesse and impressive
vocal individuality. This was one of the quirky original songs the tractor-driving
rabble rouser sang on the show. As a record, it’s just as charming
as it was live on TV. Charlie Robison and I lobbied hard to get him on
the show, and his new That Boy Ain’t Right CD doesn’t let
us down for one moment. You go, Brandon!

this moment). A great crowd! Thank you Laton Lions Club for having Brandon
and a big THANK YOU to all who came to the concert.

March
Brandon headed for Nashville for 2 weeks. He met up with friends he
had met, contestants and network employees from last years show, if you
watched the show you would have seen him in the audience right behind
Nancy O’Dell in the first live show. He was there the second week,
but sitting in the VIP booth with network and record producers. He pitched
3 new songs to publishers with a good response from one of the companies
who like his new song, To Be a Kid Again. If you were at the Pioneer concert,
he sang that song for the first time using a cheat sheet, because they
had just finished it. He returned the end of the month to play at Amigos
Restaurant and Cantina at the Hanford Mall on the 26th. Approx .200 people,
we could have used a few more people; Amigos had rearranged the seating
so there was a dance floor and plenty of room for everyone. We all had
a great time and this time when he sang To Be A Kid Again, it was perfect.
Curtis and Brandon are working on songs for their next CD release, but
that won’t be for awhile. We still need to sell lots of CD from
this first release; it’s only been 6 months. So call your local
radio stations and request your favorite song from his CD. Thanks to all
of you who support Brandon by attending his concerts!
February
Pioneer Middle School fundraiser - We had a great crowd, thank you
everyone who came out and supported the school and stayed the night enduring
a few sound problems, power outages, and the acoustics in that big building
were not the greatest. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. The evening
started off with Hired Gun, then Steve Salazar, he’s one of Brandon’s
guitar players, and then Brandon finished the evening.

Eagle Mountain Casino - What a great concert, another sell out crowd
opening for Buddy Jewell and Trace Adkins. It was standing room only.
The highlight of the evening was Brandon and Buddy singing together, Mama
Tried, by Merle Haggard. Brandon and Buddy were able to catch up on what
has been happening to each other since the NS show. Congratulations to
Buddy! His CD has been a great success and we wish him all the best.
What a
year 2003 turned out to be for Brandon, Curtis and the whole family!
After Brandon was voted off the NS show at #5, he and Curtis decided
to record their first CD, That Boy Ain’t Right. 11 tracks, all
written by Brandon and Curtis, thanks to all of you who have purchased
a copy, we hope you enjoy it. There’s been lots of good feedback;
everyone seems to enjoy the whole CD, not just 1 or 2 songs.
Brandon and
Curtis flew back to California the end of May to open for Joe Nichols
at Woodward Park in Fresno. It was a sell out, 3000 people, great show!
They returned to Nashville to finish the CD and were back home in Hanford
to play the Kings Fair on July 11th. The stands were packed, another great
crowd supporting Brandon and Curtis as they did an acoustic show. There
were a few more gigs, including 1 in Vegas for the National Rodeo Finals.
Brandon’s CD, track #5, received some airplay at KWNR in Las Vegas.
Thanks Brooks O’Brian for playing his songs.
